Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, overtime as required

Pay: $24 - $28 per hour depending on experience

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a positive experience while maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of install experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• HVAC trade school certification preferred
• Ability to obtain an HVAC journeyman license for St. Louis County within a year
• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Understand and apply all relevant codes
• NATE Certified or obtain NATE Certification within 1 year and maintain active status

Candidates will be required to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
