THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLER

THE SCHEDULE:

You have a standard 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

YOUR ROLE:

As our HVAC Installer, you work with your team to complete accurate, quality installations for our residential and commercial customers. You arrive at the job site fully equipped to install various heating and cooling systems. As you work, you manage and train installation helpers to aid their growth and development. You show up on time, provide fantastic customer service, thoroughly clean your work area, and let management know when your vehicle needs maintenance.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Connecticut HVAC trade license
• HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service, communication, and mentoring skills
• Respectful attitude and professional appearance
