HVAC Installer / Installation Technician - Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating of Redlands, CA is seeking a full-time HVAC Installer / Installation Technician to install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing each customer with a positive experience while maintaining high quality and timely job performance. This individual also has the opportunity to manage and train HVAC Installation Helpers. This position earns a competitive $32.00+ hourly depending on knowledge and experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HVAC INSTALLER / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• At least 1 year of experience as an installation tech
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to undergo drug test and background check upon hire
• Motivated individual with a clean & neat appearance
