Position Summary: To install both residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience while meeting deadlines and maintaining appropriate job margins.

Work Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime

Pay: $20.00 to $40.00/hour depending on experience and skillset

Required Knowledge/Experience: Candidates must have experience in residential furnace and A/C installation and replacement, gas piping, electric wiring, drain piping, low voltage wiring, zone systems, humidifiers, air filter, de-humidifiers, duct sizing, and fabrication. A knowledge of basic piping concepts and general boiler systems operations is required along with experience installing cast iron and condensing style boilers. Commercial experience installing up to 20 ton roof top units, commercial spiral and duct installation is required. To be clear, we're looking for a well versed, experienced installer.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC Install experience; Both retro-fit and new construction
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
• EPA Universal certified; trade school experience preferred
• Professional appearance and hygiene
• General knowledge in all HVAC low and high voltage systems
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for the customer as well as the company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter
