Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated, ethical, and safety-oriented HVAC Install Technician. The Sheet Metal Technician must complete tasks in accordance with all mechanical codes, job specifications, plans, and contract documents, resulting in a complete and proper working system. Qualified candidates must be able to install all types of commercial and residential HVAC equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC/R equipment following company policies, manufacturer instructions, and applicable codes.
• Identify and solve problems that might affect current or future performance.
• Complete repairs, improvements, or installations within budgeted hours while maintaining quality.
• Start-up new equipment and verify correct operation.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and obtain sign-off upon completion of work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
• Complete all required paperwork, including daily reports, AWA’s, and RFI’s.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduation from an approved HVACR program or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Universal CFC certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of installation experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent, or tenured experience.
• Graduated from an approved HVACR program or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of residential/commercial HVACR installation experience preferred.
• Ability to work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas.
• Ability to work in high places, tight places, confined spaces, and/or other adverse locations.
• Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 lbs. frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $45,000-$100,000+ yearly, depending on experience.
