HVAC Installer Direct Hire - Spherion

Spherion is partnering with a growing HVAC company in Southern Minnesota. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The HVAC Installer will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide expert recommendations, and ensure high-quality installations that comply with safety and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems
Conduct assessments of existing systems and provide solutions for upgrades or repairs
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulation
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC systems
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification preferred
Proven experience in HVAC installation and repair
