Key Responsibilities as an HVAC Installation Technician
You will be responsible for installation of premium Heating and Air Conditioning Systems in our customer’s homes. This role requires a high-level of expertise and attention to detail to ensure that each system operates at optimal performance and meets our stringent quality standards. Your work will directly impact Customer Satisfaction by delivering reliable and high-quality HVAC solutions.
Install, replace, or upgrade Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems or components in Residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
Work with team members to plan and execute HVAC installations according to project specifications and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations
The capacity to learn and explain the benefits of upgrades such as IAQ and various HVAC technological upgrades as multi-speed blowers, motorized dampers, multiple zones, humidifiers, and thermostatics options.
Setting Leads for free consultations for the replacement of units.

Qualifications
3+ years in HVAC Installation experience.
EPA certification is required.
Proficient in quickly identifying any field Installation problems.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to completing jobs right the first time.
Effective communication skills for interacting and calling customers.
Friendly and personable, with a focus on the customer experience.
Valid social security card, driver’s license, and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavy objects with proper tools or assistance.
Capability to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces.
Strong desire to perform beyond basic job requirements.
Adherence to proper safety protocols.
