Location & Commitments
- Location: Franklin, Indiana (with travel to surrounding areas)
- Type: Full-time, non-exempt
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, evenings and weekends as needed, 40 hrs/wk

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist skilled installers in setting up HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Learn industry best practices and how to ensure every installation meets high-quality standards and local codes.
- Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment to keep job sites running smoothly.
- Help test systems to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently before calling the job complete.
- Maintain a clean and professional work area, both on-site and in company vehicles.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to sharpen your skills and stay up to date on HVAC technology.
- Be an active team member, supporting your coworkers and taking on new challenges as you grow.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma/GED required; trade school enrollment or completion is a bonus but not necessary.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn—if you’re dependable and ready to grow, we’ll teach you the skills.
- Interest in working with tools and solving problems; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and contribute to team goals.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in tight spaces like attics or crawl spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check prior to hire.
- Regularly required to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling in various weather conditions.
- Work in confined spaces, such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Exposure to loud noises, heat, and cold; adherence to safety protocols required.
