Gulfshore Air is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Technician dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role involves diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the continuous growth and development of our service offerings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Diagnosis and Repair: Skillfully diagnose issues with HVAC systems and execute repairs with precision and efficiency.
Customer Interaction: Provide respectful and compassionate service to customers, ensuring all their concerns are adequately addressed.
Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members to solve complex problems and improve service delivery.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Quality Service: Commit to the highest standards of service and maintenance, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 6+ years prior HVAC service and maintenance experience preferred. Prior experience with ServiceTitan strongly preferred.
Licensure: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime Required (Seasonally)
