YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC ESTIMATOR - ESTIMATING SPECIALIST

You will have a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.

As our HVAC Estimator - Estimating Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting material take-offs to estimate the quantities of materials needed for projects, utilizing AutoBid software to generate precise cost estimates, and preparing comprehensive bidding assignments to secure the best construction partners. Your role will involve deciphering complex plans, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and facilitating the bidding process to contribute significantly to the success of each project.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of HVAC mechanical experience
• AutoBid software experience (preferred)
• Great computer abilities, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and estimation software
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
• Ability to deliver accurate and competitive bids on time
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable transportation
