We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Designer to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Position Overview:

The HVAC Designer will play a key role in designing and drafting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for projects nationwide. This position is office-based, with no travel required, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop HVAC system designs that meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork/plumbing layout design.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, standards, and energy-efficiency requirements.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with other MEP systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC design working with duct and pipe, pipework experience required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
