This position is part of a 5-year contract at the Atlantic City Airport, which an ideal candidate would be able to relocate temporarily with a negotiable relocation fee.

Your New Role
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced HVAC and mechanical systems in a federal environment. You’ll be at the forefront of efficiency, safety, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engineering reports, calculations, and design packages for advanced HVAC systems
- Oversee design and installation of top-tier systems, including chillers, DOAS, and BAS
- Conduct field inspections, review vendor submissions, and manage project closeouts
- Provide expert engineering support throughout the construction process
- Diagnose equipment failures and propose strategic solutions

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven expertise in HVAC/R design
- U.S. Citizenship
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Atlantic City, NJ (negotiable relocation fee)
- Ability to obtain FAA Suitability/Public Trust Clearance
