• Minimum 2 years Call Center OR Customer Service Experience (preferably in the HVAC industry)
• Experience using multi-line phone systems.
• Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and Outlook.
• Service Titan experience a PLUS
• QuickBooks experience a PLUS
• Mechanical permit experience a PLUS
• Must be detailed oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills. 
• Must be a team player, self-starter and results oriented with little supervision. 
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections.
• Valid Driver’s License and legally authorized to work in the US.
• High School Education or Equivalent

• Receive high volume inbound customer service calls to schedule appointments for service, inspections, maintenances and update existing client information.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Assist with schedule board and the dispatch of technicians.
• Prepare mechanical permits for new installations.
• Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
• Collect outstanding balances from customers.
• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
