ABOUT THE POSITION

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

What Your Day Looks Like: As an HVAC Customer Service Rep - CSR, your day is filled with engaging interactions and problem-solving. You answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring every client feels valued. You make outgoing calls to follow up and schedule appointments, working closely with our skilled technicians to keep everything running smoothly. Your positive attitude and exceptional service create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers every day!

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC customer service representative
• Proven customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
