$80,000 - $115,000 annually based on experience

System Startup: Ensure seamless functionality of building control systems by executing system startup procedures meticulously
Troubleshooting: Utilize your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to diagnose and efficiently resolve issues with building automation control systems
Programming: Develop, modify, and optimize control system programs to precisely meet the unique requirements of each building, guaranteeing efficient and effective operations
Service and Maintenance: Conduct routine service and maintenance tasks on building automation control systems, ensuring their ongoing functionality and performance
Commissioning: Execute comprehensive system commissioning processes, meticulously testing and fine-tuning system components to achieve optimal performance and energy efficiency
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including detailed service reports, system configurations, and programming changes
Customer Interaction: Professionally interact with clients to provide timely updates on service activities, address inquiries, and ensure their utmost satisfaction with the control system's performance
Training: Provide necessary training to clients or end-users on the operation and maintenance of building control systems as required, ensuring smooth system operation
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other technicians, engineers, and contractors on multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of control systems within building projects
Safety Compliance: Adhere rigorously to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Experience working in the HVAC industry
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferably, 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC field
Experience with BMS Schneider is advantageous
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
