Job Details
As an HVAC Controls Technician, your main job is to meet regularly with customers, identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems .
Job Duties include:
o Run controls related service calls and PM task schedule for controls. Troubleshoot, repair and program control systems.
o Start up, testing, commissioning and servicing controls projects.
o Train the customer on controls systems as directed
o Modify existing programs and troubleshooting to maintain optimum system operation.
o Verify correct system and control sequence operations.
o Review, modify, and implement programming changes to building automation system to ensure efficient and effective system operations and conformance with standards and guidelines and energy savings.
o Calibrate, repair, and replace building automation system sensing devices to specifications.
MUST HAVE:
Nice to Have:
o Distech, or Honeywell is a plus
o Tridium AX, N4 and/or AX security certification is preferred.

MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience
- Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
