Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly pay 26-36/hour w/tools plus uncapped production pay
- Full-time scheduling (Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm)
- Company vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE are provided

- Sick time: 40 hours front-loaded when you reach 90 days
- Paid time off: floating holidays & vacation starts accruing after 90 days
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair Commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and replace compressors and motors
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide technical support
- Maintain accurate records of each job performed
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in Commercial HVAC Service
- EPA Universal Certified
- Clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
- Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
Environmental Conditions:
- Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
- May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.
- May be required to work in confined spaces or from high heights.
