Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC and clean room projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate designing, installing, and commissioning sophisticated HVAC systems, clean rooms, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
- Act as the primary liaison among clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and detailed documentation using MS Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Ensure all projects comply with clean room certification standards, HVAC protocols, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years in HVAC project management, with specific experience managing clean room projects, is highly desirable.
- Expertise with tools like Trimble AutoBid, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project is required. A strong understanding of building automation systems is also required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver under tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Santa Clara area, with a stable work history in the mechanical construction sector.
