Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior project managers to oversee HVAC and clean room projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Support the design, installation, and commissioning of advanced HVAC systems, clean rooms, and associated technologies, including building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation using tools like MS Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks).
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory and clean room certification standards and strict HVAC and clean room protocols.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years in HVAC project management, with direct exposure to clean room projects being a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with advanced tools and software such as Trimble AutoBid, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project. Working knowledge of building automation systems is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Sacramento region with a stable employment track record in the mechanical construction sector.
