They are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Account Manager to join their team and help them continue to provide outstanding service.
As an Automation Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with their valued clients, overseeing the implementation of automation solutions for HVAC systems. You will be the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring the successful delivery of tailored HVAC automation solutions that meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in automation and HVAC will drive customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success and growth of the company as well as your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring HVAC automation solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including facility managers, engineers, and decision-makers.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of HVAC automation systems, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide customized recommendations for HVAC automation system improvements.
- Deliver technical presentations and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing ongoing technical support and guidance.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in HVAC automation and energy management.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional HVAC automation solutions and services.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or sales in the HVAC or automation industry.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, building management systems (BMS), and automation technologies.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and successfully deliver projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with energy management systems (EMS) or building energy audits is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
