Nick's Refrigeration has been a family-owned and operated HVAC company, servicing Thibodaux and its surrounding areas for over 75 years. Currently, we have an immediate opening for an HVAC Apprentice. This person will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the desire to grow within our trade. We offer on-the-job training and significant growth potential within the company. Qualified candidates will have a clean driving record, pass a drug screen, and background check, and the ability to use basic tools and perform other duties as necessary.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm during peak season

Pay Range: $14 - $16 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical skills
• Desire and commitment to learn and improve
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and handling heights
• Must be willing to work independently and part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
