HVAC SERVICE APPRENTICE POSITION SUMMARY
Cline’s Heating & Air Conditioning is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s most experienced and skilled technicians, no prior HVAC experience required! As an apprentice, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on training, working side-by-side with experts who are committed to seeing you succeed. You’ll learn not only the technical aspects of the HVAC trade but also our customer-focused approach, ensuring you’re set up for a lasting, rewarding career. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate
Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
Show yourself professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
Assist in properly staging jobs; adhering to the quality checklist
Support lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations.
Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
REQUIREMENTS
A clean, safe driving record

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

PAY & BENEFITS
Wages range between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour DOE plus incentives and a bonus structure.
