SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support to include in-depth analysis of assigned topics in support of operational planning and target knowledge ensuring its analytical/targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements
- Focus efforts to identify, assist, or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
- Employ an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against targeting requirements in order to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
- Leverage the multi-intelligence community in order to support their targeting efforts
- Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities, utilizing unique HUMINT Targeting methodologies
- Produce various Targeting Packages (TP)
- Utilize client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
- Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, Palantir, and other investigative related databases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience, 2 within the last year
- Previous experience supporting HUMINT operations
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to write/speak clearly to accurately brief HUMINT-related matters at all levels
- DIA Intelligence Collection Managers Course
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
- Previous HUMINT operational background directly supporting and/or conducting full spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO, 18 series, or ASOC)
- Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF
- Previous support to Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues
- Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC) or their Title 50 equivalent highly desired
