 Human Services Aide (CONTRACT)

You Are:
An empathetic, detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in the field of human services. You have a passion for helping others and thrive in a diverse environment, working with individuals from varying backgrounds and socio-economic situations.

This position pays: $22-24.50/hr 

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 

What you will be doing:

• Assisting clients with completing forms, verifying program eligibility, and distributing necessary materials (warrants, EBT cards, etc.).
• Providing guidance on County and community services related to economic assistance, such as food, shelter, and clothing.
• Scheduling and rescheduling clients for appointments, workshops, or training sessions and maintaining accurate attendance records.

What you bring:

• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in performing clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with both clients and professional staff.
