Your day as a PT Behavior Specialist

Requirements for this PT Behavior Specialist job

To excel as a Part-Time Behavior Technician at Wasatch Behavioral Health, candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED along with at least one year of post-high school education in social work, psychology, or a related field. While one year of general work experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The ability to navigate center vehicles when necessary is advantageous, although not mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not essential for this role. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
