Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Support Services Administrative Clerk to support the U.S. Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Training & Support Services mission at Fort Moore, GA. The Army's 199th Infantry Brigade, 3rd Battalion, 81st Armored Regiment provides administrative command, control, and support to enable the MCoE the ability to train agile and adaptive combat ready Soldiers and Leaders. 3-81 AR conducts the in/out-processing of Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course (IBOLC) and Armor Basic Officer Leader Course (ABOLC) prior to their assignment to 2-11 IN (IBOLC) and 2-16 CAV (ABOLC). Both IBOLC and ABOLC has a normal schedule of nine (9) classes per year, with an average student class size ranged from 150 - 220 for IBOLC and 50 - 75 for ABOLC. The 3-81 AR also conducts the in-processing for the Direct Commissioning Course (DCC). The HR Support Analyst will provide services supporting student human resources, personnel service, records upkeep, update personnel systems, report information, and document information.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Shall be responsible for the direct performance of the work in the office.
- Drafting and editing of correspondence, policies, and memorandums.
- Maintaining accurate accountability of reporting of compiled data to senior leaders in person and or digitally, filing, updating, and provision of personnel information, records, and reports.
- Shall accomplish records upkeep, reporting, updating/correcting, and accountability in accordance with all published regulations and SOP's published by higher authority.
- Participate in scheduled and unscheduled meetings.
- Perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar such positions, as well as other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employeer.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be competent in English language, grammar, and punctuation.
- Must possess a High School diploma (or equivalent).
- Must have competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must have competency in English language, grammar, and punctuation.
- Must have competency in verbal and written communication.
- Minimum of two years' experience in maintaining personnel records.
- Knowledge of military protocol, chain of command, and correspondence procedures.
- Non-supervisory positions should have prior military experience with record keeping systems and processes that are unique to military personnel records systems. This is highly encouraged, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with U.S. Army personnel systems, processes, and records procedures.
Clearance: SECRET clearance is required
