Human Resources Specialist - Care with Dignity at Home

Care with Dignity at Home seeks a part time Human Resources Specialist for immediate hire.  This position involves collaborating with caregivers and clients; as well as providing vital support to the Senior Human Resource Specialist.

Hours: Tuesday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00

Responsibilities:  

• - Assist with talent acquisitions: Resume review, recruiting, prescreen, scheduling interviews, hire recommendations, document collection,and reference checks. 

• - Assist with scheduling 

• - Assist with the management of files. 

• - Mantaining confidentiality is a must.  

Qualifications: 

• - Home care agency experience. 

• - Ability to meet deadlines. 

• - Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• - Knowledge with WellSky formerly known as ClearCare.
