HR Specialist

HR Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in managing the hiring, onboarding, and HR processes across various staff levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Coordinate the entire hiring process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations for exempt, non-exempt, student, and temporary employees.
Onboarding:
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by guiding new hires through benefits, policies, and required paperwork.
HR Systems:
Support and improve HRMS and HRIS platforms, participate in system upgrades, and help with system troubleshooting.
Employee Support:
Manage leave administration, workers' compensation claims, and employee benefits communication.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in HR:
Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable working with
HRMS
and
HRIS platforms
to manage records and support system improvements.
Multi-tasking:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on accuracy and compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Great Communication:
Excellent people skills to support employees and work with various teams.

Must Have:
Experience in HR, Recruitment, Resume review, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, onboarding, HRMS Platform and HRIS Platform.

Strong focus on precision and compliance.
