Assists with the overall Human Resources Departmental operations by providing assistance and support with project‐oriented responsibilities and performing routine tasks and duties such as data entry and audits, customer service, report writing and research.
This is an entry level position. Starting pay is between $15.95 - $19.95/per hour.
Qualifications• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests for information through understanding of policies and practices within his/her prescribed HR function (i.e. HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation, Training & Development, etc.).
• Perform research for special projects as directed by Human Resources Director by gathering relevant data and preparing and summarizing results.
• Assist in ensuring data integrity of HR systems by performing compliance audits and writing and summarizing reports.
• Perform data maintenance and make necessary corrections in the various HR systems.
• Assist with maintenance and revisions of HR training manuals and other documentation.
• Develop timely and accurate ad‐hoc reports.
• Assists with providing training to property HR staff on various HR processes and systems.
• Assist with records maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
• High school diploma required.
• One (1) year of previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Knowledge of automated HRIS systems preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate level Word and Excel skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be able to your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
