Human Resources Specialist - HERS Advisors

HERS Advisors has partnered with an award-winning full-service law firm who has an immediate need for a Human Resources Specialist to work in their West Los Angeles, California office (hybrid). The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for human resources support in several areas including recruitment/staffing, employee relations, performance management and training.

Requirements for Human Resources Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of human resources experience preferable in an HR generalist role.  Broad range of functional human resources expertise, including employee relations and recruitment/staffing required.
• Ability to objectively coach employees and management through employee relations issues required.
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and various systems.
• Law firm experience is preferred.
