Our ideal candidate thrives in a non-corporate or family office environment, assisting the HR Director in supporting daily tasks for roughly 350 employees on payroll.
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist (or similar) who will be responsible for employer branding, recruiting/staffing, onboarding, HR compliance, payroll assistance, training and development of other staff, and benefits management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or HRBP or similar HR leadership role,
- Looking for a minimum of 3 years of stable professional experience.
- Administration: experience with administration tasks within benefits, compliance, HR policies, documents storage, and front-office support.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance: High-level understanding of HR laws and regulations in NJ, with experience in ensuring organizational compliance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex HR issues effectively.
Desired but not required:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate development industry is a plus.
- Experience with Yardi real estate software.
- Well versed in ADP Payroll and automating tasks for employees.
