Introl is seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources leader to be the first HR hire at our rapidly growing AI Infastucture Team In this foundational role, you will establish and oversee all HR functions, playing a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy and building a thriving organizational culture. As the first HR professional at Introl, you will have the opportunity to design and implement HR processes and policies from the ground up, ensuring that our team has the support and resources needed to succeed.
Our teams have flawless track records of delivering on the most demanding industry build outs, having built an experienced team in cutting edge database design and deployment. We revenue has grown 10x in the last 12 months driven entirely by referrals and expanding relationships!!
Role:
The ideal candidate will have significant interest & experience in HR management, preferably within a technology or IT-related industry, with a passion for building people-centric organizations and a track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Reports to Chief Financial Officer
- Primary work out our offices in the West Loop of Chicago, with some remote hybrid possible
- Prepared to get your hands dirty ensuring deliverables and business continuity
- Comfortable in an ambiguous fast moving startup like environment
- Total compensation of $50,000 to $120,000 based off relevant experience and capability
Responsibilities
Establish and manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support Introl’s growth.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, offering support to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent while ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
Implement performance management systems that foster employee growth and development, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive company culture by developing initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance.
Advise senior leadership on HR best practices, organizational development, and workforce planning to support long-term business goals.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring changes in labor laws, updating policies as needed, and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting.
Create employee development programs such as training, mentorship, and career progression planning to help employees grow within the company.
Lead employee engagement efforts, including surveys, recognition programs, and events, to maintain high morale and job satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resource role with Bachelors Degree or 8 years experience without Bachelor's degree.
Nice to Haves:
- Speaks an additional language with high proficiency including Spanish, Serbian, Ukrainian, Russian, or Vietnamese
