Human Resources Specialist - Recruitment & Onboarding

Seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team and play a key role key on driving HR results within our HR Team.

Working in a professional office setting with an employee population of approximately 650, the selected individual will oversee recruitment & onboarding, workforce management along with supporting the succession planning function.

Reporting to, and with the support of, the Director of Human Resources, this position offers more than usual autonomy and latitude to be involved in a highly visible position. You will enjoy taking responsibility as we help deliver solutions.

Qualified candidates will bring:

• 3-5 years of HR experience, including including some recruitment experience / project management
• Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency and and attention to detail
• Strong relationship management skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, both across HR and the organization at all levels
• Bachelor's degree with additional training/certifications preferred
• Desire to learn, grow, achieve and win
• Positive can-do attitude will be needed - we are a can-do team
