We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people-focused initiatives.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual enrollment processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
• Maintain detailed records, ensuring all reports, disposition notes, candidate records, and other documentation are complete to support thorough and accurate reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the tech or software industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Greenhouse).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
