About the Job
A recognized legal services organization is currently seeking a versatile and hardworking professional to join their staff as a Human Resources Service Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support to supervisors on nonunion job descriptions
- Assist with coordination and communication regarding the non-union classification system
- Provide recommendations on non-union classification grading & associated compensation formula
- Coordinate step placement applications, gathering necessary information, providing rationale, organizing decision making process, coordinating transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in HR
- Preferably more years working in HR, as a business partner, business analyst, classification/compensation, HRIS background
- Excellent writing skills
