About the Job
APCO Graphics Inc. seeks full time Human Resources Administrative Assistant
to assist the HR Manager in all areas of Human Resources and Safety including but not limited to:
Run errands
Prepare new employee folders.
General office duties including copying, typing, faxing, filing, scanning, etc.
Maintaining schedule of meetings, company events, benefits meetings, etc.,
Organize and conduct training sessions and meetings.
Audit monthly insurance invoices.
Assist with interviewing and new hire orientations.
Be a liaison for employees needing assistance in various HR and Safety matters.
Help organize company events/parties.
Other such duties as may be required to meet objective.
Qualified candidate should have:
Proficient in Windows, Word, MS Office, Filemaker, and internet.
Maintain a high degree of integrity in handling confidential matters.
Familiarity with laser printers
High organizational skills
Excellent proofreading skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to use photocopier, fax machine
Ability to work as a team player and get along with all employees
Maintain a "can do" positive attitude
