THE OPPORTUNITY
As the HR Operations Representative at Xactly Corporation, you’ll learn from some of the best and brightest HR professionals in the SaaS space. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in both the operational and strategic domains within HR.We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Representative. In this role, you will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for our contractor and contingent workforce globally, handle employee offboarding, employment verifications globally, oversee our anniversary and awards program, and assist with our SOC audit for HR. This position requires a collaborative individual with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement, aiming to enhance work-life quality and automate processes within our highly focused team.You will be exposed to a variety of impactful operational and strategic work that is the foundation of the organization.

SKILL SET / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in detail oriented or administrative role, with a focus on HR a plus
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Strong and proactive attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Google Suite - able to put together documentation, spreadsheets and or slides
- Familiarity with handling documents and navigating edits or negotiations.
- A collaborative partner with management and/or cross-functional peers at all levels
- Customer-oriented
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Experience using HR systems a plus
- Experience using corporate systems such as Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, DocuSign
- Experience with SOC audits or similar compliance processes, working directly with auditors and our InfoSec team
- Familiarity with global HR practices and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and using trackers for HR processes
- Previous experience in an environment focused on automation and efficiency improvements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of our contractor/contingent workforce, handling contractor extensions, tracking end dates and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed globally
- Oversee all employee offboarding processes, both voluntary and involuntary, ensuring detailed work and tracking, handling legal documents, and seamlessly using DocuSign, working with teams cross functionally to ensure proper exit formalities have been completed
- Administer our anniversary and awards program, coordinating with leaders to gather nominations and send gifts on a quarterly basis
- Collaborate with leaders on global HR issues, providing support and guidance as needed
- Manage our SOC audit for HR, working effectively with other departments to collect necessary information
- Employment verifications for external vendors to confirm employee information globally, drafting verification of employment letters for employees, gathering information for compensation and job descriptions
- Providing assistance to our Compensation team with drafting promotion/compensation letters on an as needed basis
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR (and sometimes cross-functional) processes, policies, and tools to better operational efficiency or the employee experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding process and/or policy questions.
WITHIN ONE TO THREE MONTH, YOU’LL
- Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation, upon which to grow
- Build relationships with the HR team including all functional area leads
- Gain a foundational framework for understanding how the basics work including our organizational structure, who you will be working with on key projects, and how to navigate the basics of getting work done
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
- Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
- Fully manage the contingent and contractor workforce openings
- Manage administrative tasks for our offboarding process and SOC Audits
- Begin supporting projects in the HR Operations areas (immigration administration and verification of employment, global wellness initiatives, HR System Administration, etc)
- Recommend process improvements and ask critical questions about how the HR team works

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $68,900 to $86,100 plus applicable bonus.Applications will be accepted only for those currently residing in the posted country for this role. There is no expectation of approval for an international relocation for this job.
