RADCO is currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our People team. The Program Manager is highly organized, a multi-tasker, a passionate do-er, and someone who loves being around people. This individual will work directly with the VP, People & Culture to manage RADCO’s ongoing programs and events as well as identify new opportunities for team member engagement. They will collaborate with the People team and various departments to create a fun and purpose-driven experience for our team members. This individual is a self-starter and feels confident in driving programs from concept to fruition, while also enjoying working in a team environment. The Program Manager should have experience in event planning and driving lasting programs.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continuously identify new opportunities for team member engagement, to include engagement platforms, enriching activities, and other programs that are in alignment with RADCO’s values and culture of Caring.
- Plan and lead all tasks associated with hosting RADCO’s annual Leadership Conference, including but not limited to: vision and run of show, coordinate with hotel, main point of contact for vendors, coordinate logistics for team members, lead internal planning committee, partner with Marketing and Communications departments, coordinate all conference-day logistics, track budget, and ensure a fun and engaging experience for attendees and sponsors.
- Oversee RADCO’s Wellness program, Thrive, by identifying new and creative ways to inform and incentivize team members to stay active and healthy
- Plan and lead all tasks associated with RADCO’s annual Field Day, including but not limited to: main point of contact for third party event planner, identify location, coordinate food and beverage, select activities, coordinate with wellness vendors, lead internal planning committee, collaborate with Marketing and Communications departments, and coordinate logistics for in and out-of-state team members.
- Oversee RADCO’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, Caring in Action, and identify new and engaging opportunities for team members to volunteer and give back to local communities
- Manage RADCO’s anniversary program, to include the upkeep of the platform that automates milestone gifts
- Coordinate on-site team member engagement activities with Regional Managers and the People team, to include appreciation days, team building activities, holiday parties, etc.
- Track RADCO’s Events Calendar and lead monthly meetings with the People team to coordinate events accordingly
- Lead RADCO’s annual Food-a-Thon fundraiser hosted by the Atlanta Apartment Association, to include identifying a theme, coordination with on-site and corporate team members for the parade float, coordinate logistics with participants, etc.
- Partner with Marketing team to ensure upcoming events are shared externally on social media channels
- Coordinate and lead RADCO’s monthly virtual Town Hall meetings
- Coordinate RADCO’s monthly new hire onboarding program, New Hire Coffee Chat, by sending out reminders to participants, ordering breakfast, and bringing new hire swag and thank you’ s
- Partner with the People team to identify ways to engage out-of-state team members and ensure RADCO’s culture is consistent across markets
- Lead additional various giveaways and team member recognition programs, to include monthly Braves ticket raffles, team member spotlights, new hire announcements on RADCO’s intranet, etc.
Skills/Requirements:
- 5+ years in event planning/program management in a corporate environment
- Experience reviewing contracts and working directly with vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident public speaking in front of large audiences both in-person and virtually
- Comfortable working with Microsoft products, including Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Effective time management skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and genuinely enjoys being around people
- Ability to travel for in-person events up to 25% of the time (locally and nationally)
