Payroll Functions
Perform payroll calculations and generate payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring mandatory deadlines are met.
Review payroll data (new hires, salary changes, separations, etc.) entered into the payroll system by HR to maintain accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
Process garnishments, child support, and other liens as required.
Advise the organization on payroll policies and practices.
Employee Programs Administration
Administer ADMA’s Paid Time Off Program and Leave of Absence Program.
Handle day-to-day transactions, interactions, and coordination of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS management, including data audits.
Maintain benefit enrollments and terminations for salaried and hourly employees.
New Hire Onboarding and Training
Provide cross-functional training for new hire onboarding in Boca.
Ensure new hire onboarding in plasma center/field locations, including conducting new hire orientation benefits presentations.
COBRA and HRIS Management
Validate and verify COBRA enrollments and terminations.
Maintain and program the HRIS system, including data input verification, data comparisons between various systems, and creation of quarterly audit reports to validate the effective dates of changes.
Update information and documents on the Paycom self-service portal.
Create and manage HRIS reports, including EEO-1, Vets Report, turnover, headcount, service awards, and others as required.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with the annual Service Awards Program.
Coordinate and manage the Tuition Reimbursement program.
Coordinate internal employee transfers.
Provide cross-functional training to input and analyze background checks, review and interpret results, and handle the pre-adverse action process.
Maintain ADMA Organization Charts.
Manage additional projects as assigned.
Review and research invoices/bills and authorize payments to vendors and TPAs as required.
Communicate pertinent benefits information to employees via memos, emails, and quarterly newsletters.
Participate in the design, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures as a member of the HR management team.
Host lunch and learn activities for Biologics and Plasma services.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
Experience Requirements: 6+ years of Human Resource experience with particular emphasis in one or more areas of Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS.
