What you’ll be doing:
You will partner with Human Resources Director with the goal of empowering people and the community to be our best. You will be responsible for various Human Resource functions surrounding talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HRIS management, data entry, leave management, and payroll. We are looking for someone with a passion for HR and the desire to engage in the success of our dynamic environment.
About you: The ideal candidate will have a desire to be helpful, possess a proactive approach to issues, display strong emotional intelligence, be a self-starter, provide great customer service to staff and managers, have the ability to remain calm and collected under pressure and be respectful and professional at all times.
- Three (3) years prior work experience in human resources preferred. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced computer skills; especially MS Office and HRIS databases.
- Oral and written communication skills demonstrating professionalism and influence.
- Working knowledge of employment law.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are preferred or expected that upon hire you will work toward a professional certification.
Annual Salary: $60,000 / year + DOE
