About the Job
We are seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Sunrise, FL!
This role will be based onsite Monday-Thursday, with Friday's from home.
Job Duties:
New Hire Onboarding:
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify employment eligibility, order drug screens, conduct background checks, and any other required checklist
Documentation Management:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic.
- Track onboarding statuses on excel spreadsheets
- Prepare and distribute internal communications regarding onboarding status
- Assist in drafting offer letters and other HR-related documents.
Cross-Training and Support:
- Collaborate with other HR team members to provide support as needed.
- Learn and assist with other HR and administration functions
- Serve as a backup for other administrative tasks within the HR department and front desk.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in HR onboarding.
- Participate in training and development activities to expand HR knowledge and skills.
Attention to Detail:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all employee data and documentation.
- Conduct thorough reviews of forms and other HR documents to identify and correct errors.
- Pay close attention to deadlines and follow through on tasks promptly and accurately.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain open lines of professional communication with new hires, colleagues, and clients.
- Provide guidance and support to new hires regarding HR policies, procedures, and resources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience.
- Verifiable experience in new hire onboarding.
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Managing and safeguarding confidential data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and excel under pressure while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
