YOUR DAY AS A HUMAN RESOURCES - OFFICE MANAGER
In this important role, your day will begin with reviewing our bank accounts and QuickBooks, ensuring all financials are up to date. You'll prepare invoices for new construction projects, track outstanding payments, and coordinate with collections agencies when needed. HR duties include managing employee files, tracking absences, PTO, and safety meeting materials. You'll also assist with office operations like notarizing documents, maintaining schedules, ordering supplies, and participating in leadership meetings. Every day will be different but always focused on keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring employee satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES - OFFICE MANAGER
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of verifiable experience in HR or office management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ServiceTitan
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the plumbing, construction, or other service industries
- Experience managing HR functions and office operations
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll be part of a dynamic team in a family-oriented company!
