Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-known property management company outside of Boston to identify a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

The Human Resources Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support a 2-person human resources team, reporting to the Director of Human Resources
• Provide resources to 700+ employees across 175+ sites in the US
• Manage functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee engagement
• Partner with site leaders and corporate departments on employee retention, succession planning, and year-end reviews
• Manage relationships with vendors for company HRIS and outsourced payroll functions
• Assist with employee onboarding programming and offboarding procedures

Director of Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Proven track record in employee recruitment and retention
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or experience equivalent of +4 years
