We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our awesome team. As part of the dream team, your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire recruitment process, benefits administration, training and development, retention, policy and compliance, and employee relations to ensure that our people strategies align with our brand values. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Responsible for managing payroll systems as it applies to onboarding and people management.
- Oversee the management of employee benefits and monitor anniversary and eligibility dates.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations. Update and manage HR policies to maintain a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Develop and execute an annual position-specific training curriculum.
- Manage and maintain performance evaluation process.
- Serve as a member of the leadership team.
What We're looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of human resource management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong knowledge of standard HCM software or related software.
- Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range is $75-90K based on level of experience.
