We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Human Resources Manager to join our team in the medical industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about employee relations, benefits administration, and driving HR strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including benefits, payroll, PTO, and maintaining HR certifications. The Permanent Human Resources Manager will play a key role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that support our strategic goals.

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
7. Manage and process payroll in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in a human resources supervisory position.
3. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
4. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
5. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
9. Experience in the medical industry preferred.
10. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
11. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
12. Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
13. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
14. Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
15. Excellent ability to develop and manage reporting, budgets, and financial data.
16. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. Excellent organizational management skills.
18. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
19. Experience in educating and coaching staff.
20. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
21. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
22. Ability to give presentations.
23. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
24. Experience using HR software and HRIS databases.
25. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
26. Excellent attention to detail.
