Requirements for the Position Include: 

5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

SHRM-CP/SCP preferred. 

Demonstrated experience overseeing payroll administration and record keeping including garnishments, reimbursements, taxes and other deductions/earnings into the HRIS.

In-depth knowledge of HR compliance laws and regulations.

Experience with HRIS systems; proficiency in Paycom preferred.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to multitask

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
