HR Manager – Southwest Division

Our client, a leading oil and gas company, is expanding its HR team in the Southwest division! They’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions for two locations in New Mexico, one in Wyoming, and one in Colorado. This role requires quarterly travel to each site and offers a fantastic relocation package!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead employee trainings and “lunch and learns” on new HR processes.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for field roles across all locations, including making hiring decisions.
- Address complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Implement HR policies across facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefit programs, collaborating with senior leadership on salary surveys, compensation data, and providing recommendations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support HR business objectives and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Management or Generalist experience, ideally with a focus on field employees and recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel quarterly to various facilities.
