Bi Lingual HR Manager - Manufacturing 75K-100K base Direct Hire
Skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes with a non-union manufacturing environment. Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote company values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management.
Conduct weekly payroll and attendance tracking for all employees.
Manage recruiting and selection process to Top-grade the organization.
Facilitate onboarding new employees to company
Communicate status of organization on a weekly basis. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Facilitate weekly employee safety meeting.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that fosters performance improvements.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, initiatives. systems, tactics, and procedures to align with the overall business strategy.
Work with the company CEO & COO to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Ensure compliance to all State and Federal regulations and rules for Human Relations and OSHA.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related field.
Honest, ethical and dependable.
Hands on approach
3-5 years management experience in HR
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
Solid communication skills.
