About the Job
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, ensuring the implementation of effective policies and procedures to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while managing the day-to-day HR operations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for employees.
- Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and ensure workplace policies promote fairness and inclusion.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems to align with organizational goals and market standards.
- Support employee development through training programs, career development initiatives, and succession planning.
- Monitor and manage HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and engagement levels.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR best practices, leadership development, and team management.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and workforce planning strategies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ Years of Human Resources related experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
