Position Overview:
TrovaTal is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client's team. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving cloud technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and goals.
- Implement a continuous feedback mechanism, encouraging ongoing performance discussions and annual reviews.
- Review and assess employee benefits packages, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, and facilitate the interview process.
- Develop a robust communication strategy for policy updates, ensuring employees are well-informed.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of related HR management experience in a company with at least 150-200 employees.
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
